SFP Infrastructure Partners integrates ESG criteria into all aspect of its business, supporting the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals by building resilient infrastructure, fostering inclusive and sustainable growth, reducing portfolio risks and generating local economic benefits. SFP Infrastructure Partners programmes provide access to assets that have formal ESG policies, aligned with the European Union’s Taxonomy Regulation and Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). Classified under the EU's SFDR Article 8, SFP IP promotes environmental and social objectives whilst striving to align with the Paris Climate Agreement. All investments undergo an annual review through SFP IP’s ESG reporting to identify and address principal material adverse impacts.

The SFP Group is committed to providing climate-friendly products and services, and our commitment to achieve Net Zero by 2050 for all managed products contributes to decarbonising the industry. Further, it is a signatory to the Principles for Responsible Investment. Swiss Finance & Property Ltd is a GRESB Investor Member since 2021 and Swiss Finance & Property Funds Ltd is GRESB Participant Member since 2022.
